Voter transaction history

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All prior addresses and precinct assignments for current and prior voters falling in a window beginning with the January 1, 2016 and ending at September 14, 2021; along with their voter SOS voter ID number, voter status, and vote history.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I would prefer to stick to email. Do you need clarification on the request? My initial request was for prior addresses and precinct assignments for any voters falling in the window of January 1, 2016 to September 14, 2021. I requested the data to include their Ohio SOS voter ID number (`STATE_ID`), voter status, and vote history.

I would accept backups of voter master files (excluding protected identifiers), DIMS transaction file extracts, or any other format that meets my stated request.
If I can clarify this in any way, or if there are other issues to discuss, please let me know.

Hello,

I appreciate the link but that data falls outside of the stated time frame and only provides voters by their currently assigned address / precinct, not prior addresses / precinct assignments to match the vote history. That information is critical. It should be extractable from any election master voter files or through changes in the transaction tables of the SQL underlying DIMS.
Has any progress been made on my request?
