The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

This request is overbroad and makes no reference to any specific documents . It simply requests "all" videos texts etc. They need to be more specific. In addition there are pending disorderly complaints so I believe that much of this information would be investigative until those matters are resolved. However, until they specifically identify the documents or things being sought, the request is overbroad and not subject to disclosure because of the investigative exclusion under OPRA.

2. Name of Officers involved with coordinating response and names of officer on site since many photos showed no name tags and officers refused to give names on site.
3. Photos/video of demonstration taken by the officers perched on the roof of the restaurant across from the rally.
4. Emails/texts from Feb 28th between you agency, Bridgeton Police, Vineland Police, NJSP, NJDOT, and Millville Police regarding escalation, opening route 49 during the protest, the reasons for a Millville police officer carrying an AR riffle during the nonviolent protest, and the use of undercover officers during the march.

1) this request is not specific and does not identify specific documents . Such planning involves public safety and the request is not subject to OPRA as it implicates security planning
