Seizure of Family Van

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Tennessee's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The tow bill, dispatch records of Policeman Wilbanks asking for a tow over the radio, seizure document, tow in report and a copy of any written document or statement stating that the van is to be held, relating to the May 29th 2017 taking of the White 1999 Dodge Van that was taken to Warrens Towing.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
