Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records from January 1, 2019, to the date this request is processed, concerning election complaints forwarded to the county from the Pennsylvania Department of State. A spreadsheet obtained via a previous request to the department showed that in 2019, 1 election complaints was submitted to Crawford County, labeled "other." Responsive documents would include investigations into these complaints and the findings of the elections division.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I didn't know we were voting to day. I normally get a notice in the mail letting me know what we are voting on and where I need to go to vote in my area. I heard a rumble outside my home and noticed a school bus with a sign saying voting bus. I love the pamphlets because I get a chance to read up on what I'm voting for or against. I didn't receive any thing in the mail. I knew they were voting up in Erie because they said there was a special vote when I watched the news at noon.
