Copies of any and all complaints of Use of Force submitted to the Department. Please limit the search to the date range 1/1/2015 - 2/28/2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon Mr. Hudson,
The final brief was mailed to the Attorney General on 3/22/17 and they have 45 business days to review and respond. Sometimes they respond fairly quickly and other times they take the full 45 business days. They will copy you on their response if you provided a physical address. If you only provided email then they will send us your copy of the letter so that we can email it to you. Sorry I don't have a more specific date range for you.
