Mr. Sinyangwe,

It appears you again have sent your California Public Records Act Request to the wrong person. Lt. Paul Mercado is not the proper person to send your requests to. Please send them directly to me as I am the Custodian of Records for the Corona Police Department.

In response to your request where you state it was "originally submitted on December 29, 2018" and to your follow-up email dated January 9, 2019, it appears the items you are requesting are duplicate to the information we already provided you in your previous requests dated September 27th with a response dated October 4th from the Department. You acknowledged receipt of the items on October 8th ; however, you requested additional information which was provided in another response from the Department on October 8th. Below is the email trail and responsive attachment. This information again is a substantive response and will satisfy this duplicate request for information already provided to you.

Again, I must reiterate you need to address all of your requests to my attention and not Lt. Paul Mercado.

Thank you,
