Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

We are looking for all documents related to Corona contract with Accela to purchase Accela Permits Plus software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hi Ms. Desmond,

I have a question regarding your request. Can you please call me when you have a moment? 951-736-2203.
We went live with Permits Plus in 1999 and at that time, were not owned by Accela, therefore, we have never had a contract with Accela. The only dealings that we have with them currently are maintenance costs. The retention period for the original purchase has long since passed, so I am hoping once we speak I will further understand the information that you are seeking and then can give you a more accurate view of what records (if any) we still have that would satisfy your request.
