At this time, your request has been denied. The documents requested will not be disclosed at this time pursuant to 5 ILCS/140(7)(1)(e), as public disclosure of any diagrams or layouts of CCDOC would jeopardize the safety and security of the facility.

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

A medium to high resolution copy of all jail layouts which include the dimensions of each cell and their cell identifier. For example, "DIV16-AA-A0-AA-0" for division 16.

I am unsure what format these jail layouts are in, what exempt information may be contained within each, or what redaction requirements would be needed. I am open to a discussion on narrowing/clarification should it be necessary.

A digital copy is preferred, especially if no scanning is required.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
