Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records regarding the victims of John Wayne Gacy, as follows:

1) Any missing persons reports, records, documents, or files on each victim of John Wayne Gacy,

2) Any case files, reports, records or documents regarding the disappearance, investigation, and other details around each victim,

3) Any files, reports, records or documents that document each victims manner of death, and other details around their cause of death.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
