FOIA - Track Group Inc (Cook County State's Attorney's Office)

To Whom It May Concern:

In January of 2019, Cook County Sheriff, Cook County Adult Probation, and Cook County Juvenile Probation made a services agreement with Track Group to procure electronic monitoring and GPS services (see http://opendocs.cookcountyil.gov/procurement/contracts/1515-15006B.pdf ) Therefore, Under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the following:

- All privacy policies from the Track Group regarding any of their services (in the aforementioned services agreement, Track Group states that they have "..a comprehensive privacy policy that provides a very transparent view of including how we use your data, who we share it with, and how handle your data, long we retain it")

- All contracts and MOUs between this agency and Track Group

- Any manuals for all Track Group services and products, including the currently used ReliAlert XC3 monitor (see http://www.trackgrp.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/ReliAlert%E2%84%A2XC3-2018.pdf )

- Any documentation including use policies and/or standard operation procedures in regards to Track Group services and/or products for Cook County Juvenile Probation employees

- All data sharing policies regarding data amassed from Track Group services

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
