Please note: CEDA is administering the LIHWAP program with ARPA funding through the State of Illinois. Cook County Government does not have any contracts, service agreements or invoices from CEDA regarding this program. The only report provided by CEDA, showing a list of water suppliers who are engaging with CEDA on the LIHWAP program, is included in the downloads. The list is current as of March 2022 and is the only document received from CEDA. Records responsive to your request are available for you to download online at the following link.
