♠ There are two categories of Investigative Alerts: "Investigative Alert/Probable Cause to Arrest" and "Investigative Alert/No Probable Cause to Arrest."

♠ Investigative Alert information is logged into an information report on the automated information report system and is available via CHRIS, CLEAR, and the Hot Desk computer system.

In the event that there are fees, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
