Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

All Central Bond Court monthly disposition statistics (or star) reports exchanged in 2017 between The Cook County Office of the President and any of the the Office of the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court or the Office of the Chief Judge.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Office of the President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners is in receipt of your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (the "Act").

On Friday, November 24, 2017 we received your request for "All Central Bond Court monthly disposition statistics (or star) reports exchanged in 2017 between The Cook County Office of the President and any of the Office of the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court or the Office of the Chief Judge."

Under the Act, a public body may extend the time to respond to a request by up to five (5) business days for a limited number of reasons. 5 ILCS 140/3(e). We are extending the time to respond to your requests by five (5) business days because there is a need for consultation, which shall be conducted with all practicable speed, among two or more components of a public body having a substantial interest in the subject matter of the request. 5 ILCS 140/3(e)(vii).

We will respond to your request by Friday, December 8, 2017.
