Contra Costa Sheriff Boat Abatement Query

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All receipts, notices, documents, documentation, and other responsive records created before, during, and after the abatement of marine vessels under CCCO 410-8.002, Harbor and Navigation Code 522(a), Harbor and Navigation Code 523(a)(1), Harbor and Navigation Code 523(a)(7), Harbor and Navigation Code 525(a), Harbor and Navigation Code 551(a)(1), and CCR Title 14 Section -6550.5 between September 8th, 2021 and June 21st, 2018.

While this request includes internal documents, whose names and forms are not necessarily known to me, for the sake of clarity I further enumerate certain specific records that should be included:

Notices, documentation, and records that sheriffs made prior to an abatement of a vessel.

All work order requests to implement abatement actions.

All police incident reports, and other documentation, that were generated in connection during abatement actions.

All documentation and receipts for costs related to the abatements.

All documentation and receipts for the destruction of said boats in any facility.

All documentation and receipts for any abated boats that was sold at an auction.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
