Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A recent social network post reported on an incident with Trooper Spina at aproximatly 1:45pm in westbrook connecticut in which a citizen was stopped and searched on the side of the road. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nM8i31pBKWI)
This FOIA is a request for any public records surrounding this incident including radio traffic, police calls, SMS messages, call records, reports and bodyworn and vehicle sourced videos of the incident.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Greetings, I appreciate your partial compliance with my request but I'm a bit dismayed that the public record of the complete and undereducated police report was not included/was fully censored without any justification or inventory of redactions provided in a closed case with no charges filed. additionally, while it is permitted to redact documents of privacy information you chose to publicly disclose ONLY the private information of the citizen.
please provide the full police report with appropriate PII redactions only
