A record and content of all complaints or reports made to your office regarding the Bostonian Hospitality Group, also doing business as "Nix's" including Nix's Mate in Boston and Nix's Hartford in Hartford, or a managing partner of Bostonian Hospitality Group named Abner Kurtin. I'm seeking records of all complaints and reports made regarding the above, including but not limited to reports of possibly illegal or wrongful liquor transfer between Bostonian Hospitality Group restaurants. I believe these documents can be located within the Liquor Control Division of the Department of Consumer Protection.

The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
