Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
1. Itemized legal payments from 01/01/2015 to 05/02/2016
2. All expenses related to Keno startup.
3. Monthly Delinquent report from Jan 2010 to 05/022016

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,

From: Lana Glovach
Mr. Osmond,
We acknowledge receipt of your 3 separate emails of June 26th (at 9:57 pm, 10:08 pm, and 10:09 pm) in partial response to our June 11th letter to you – partial because you did not respond to our request for clarification of the second numbered item (i.e., “All expense related to Keno startup”). Due primarily to the end of the CLC’s fiscal year and the upcoming long weekend, we expect to have a more detailed response to your communications by the end of next week.
As always, the CLC reserves all, and does not waive any, of its rights and defenses in connection with your requests. Thank you.

Dear Attorney Glovach,
I refuse to pay documents for just inspecting them. I have inspected documents at your office before and other state agencies without a cost. These are matter of public interest on how taxpayer's money is being spend. Please let me know if I can inspect the documents without a fee, and if I chose to get a copy I will then pay for them, otherwise I have no choice but to file complaint.
Thank you
Adam

Mr. Osmond,
You misunderstood my letter, so I’ll try again:
· you are not required – nor are you being asked – to pay to inspect records, with this one exception: in accordance with the court case cited in my letter, you are to pay $.50 per page to inspect a document that has been redacted (and, because you have paid for it, you may keep that copy); and
· if, and only if, you wish to photograph, scan, etc. that has not been redacted, we are willing to have you do so upon payment of $20 per visit. If you do not wish to photograph, etc. such a document, then there is no $20 per visit charge – said differently, there is no fee other than the cost explained above.
We have previously addressed, and denied, your request for a fee waiver.
Please let me know how you wish to proceed.
As always, the CLC reserves all, and does not waive any, of its rights and defenses in connection with your requests. Thank you.

Hello Attorney Glovach,
Again I would like to review the documents and only pay if I need a copy. I don't want to pay a head of time for reviewing public documents.
Thank you
