Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

• A list of all Investment Management firms, Public Equity managers, public fixed-income account managers, or similar stock, bond, securities, and investment managers or management firms responsible for holdings, trading, or other manipulations of assets held by this agency or any division thereof.

• A list of all asset holdings by this agency or any division thereof, including any associated departments or funds. Please include all available segregable data, including, but not limited to, the company, the associated call symbol, the number of shares, and the value of said shares.

• All reports or responsive materials related to pension funds and other long term investments

• All filings provided to the Securities and Exchange Commission related to investments and holdings for any division under the responsibility of this jurisdiction for the period from January 1, 2014 through August 31, 2018.

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
* A list of all Investment Management firms, Public Equity managers, public fixed-income account managers, or similar stock, bond, securities, and investment managers or management firms responsible for holdings, trading, or other manipulations of assets held by this agency or any division thereof. The City works with C2 Investment group as a financial advisor but all investment decisions are under the authority of the City . Wells Fargo handles safekeeping. The City makes all decisions regarding the investments of City funds. We utilize many different brokers when we decide to invest funds. The City follows GS 159-30 when investing City funds and also works under the City's Council approved investment policy.
* A list of all asset holdings by this agency or any division thereof, including any associated departments or funds. Please include all available segregable data, including, but not limited to, the company, the associated call symbol, the number of shares, and the value of said shares. City's investment report attached.
* All reports or responsive materials related to pension funds and other long term investments Pension activity and reports are found in the City's CAFR which you may access on the City's internet, under the Finance page. https://www.concordnc.gov/Departments/Finance I have also attached the last OPEB performance reports last received from the State of NC.
* All filings provided to the Securities and Exchange Commission related to investments and holdings for any division under the responsibility of this jurisdiction for the period from January 1, 2014 through August 31, 2018. Attached
