Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any and all police reports regarding actual or alleged violations of or non-compliance with the local mask mandate/ordinance and/or Governor Sununu's Emergency Order #63.

2. Any and all records regarding warnings or fines issued as a result of violations of or non-compliance with the local mask mandate/ordinance and/or Governor Sununu's Emergency Order #63.

Records kept in a digital or electronic form are also records, would be responsive to this request, and should be provided.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Gaiser:

I am in receipt of your request dated September 18, 2020, which was submitted to the Concord Police Department. Please be advised that the City construes this as a request coming under New Hampshire's Right-to-Know law, RSA Ch. 91-A.

The City will conduct a review of its files for the requested documents/files. The City expects that it will require approximately 90 days to respond to your request due to the city needing time to determine whether or not such records exist and to determine whether or not those records are disclosable. Upon completion of our review for the requested documents, we will contact you to advise you of what documents we possess and which documents are subject to public review under the Right-to-Know law.
