The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Sovereign Bodies Institute,

On September 30, 2020, Colusa county received your Public Records Act request, seeking informational copies of all American Indian and Alaska Native death certificates held by the Colusa County Clerk's office. Please note that the County does not maintain death certificates by ethnicity, and so the County has no way to obtain the information requested. Moreover, such a request for confidential information is prohibited under California Health and Safety Code sections 102100, 103526 and California Government Code section 6254(k).
