We have been receiving faxes for an Open Record Request from Curtis Whitman since October of 2016. These faxes come in every three to four (3-4) days. I have been assured by our Open Records tech, Shieia Frazekas, that this request has been completed and sent many months ago.

I am requesting that these faxes cease and desist as receiving 13 pages every 3-4 days is wasteful. Since this issue has been resolved, please eliminate our fax number (706-653-3114) from your list.

If you have any questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to call me at one of the numbers below.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
