To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking documents composed or otherwise created between the dates of January 1st, 2018 July 11th, 2018 that mention Stormy Daniels (aka Stephanie Clifford) prior to her (“mistaken”) arrest, sent to or from anyone involved in making the arrest or aware of the arrest prior to it happening (i.e. the arresting officers, their supervisors, commanding officers, etc... ). This should include but not be limited to reports, memorandum, records, warnings, emails, papers, advertisements, evidence, depositions, interviews, case notes, schedules, enforcement actions, and incident reports. I am also requesting those documents composed between the same dates and between the same principals (i.e. the arresting officers, their supervisors, commanding officers, etc... ) that mention "Sirens" strip club. For those same principals, I am requesting any and all documents composed, created, sent, or received by them, which mention President (or candidate) Donald Trump and/or Hilary Clinton, and either political party (Republican or Democrat) represented by the aforementioned candidates, plus any and all communications that reference slogans associated with them (e.g. “MAGA,” or any variation thereof and “I’m with her.”)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Attached are the only 4 e-mails generated by anyone that was directly involved in the arrest of Stormy Daniels along with their chain of command. As requested, I went back to 1-1-18 to 7-11-18 for the e-mails and also checked with our vice unit on any paperwork. There was nothing else written or sent via interoffice or e-mail about Siren's or the arrest that night. Your request was just one among many that asked for this type of information however, the press release pertaining to this incident gave out some misinformation. There was no preplanned "raid" or "sting" that night. This was just 4 vice officers in a strip joint and made arrests after charging Ms. Daniels and the other 2 employees. I found no other e-mails, etc. using any of your keyword searches for anyone other than Det. Keckley.
