Stormy Daniels: Columbus Police Premature Incarceration

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking documents composed or otherwise created between the dates of January 1st, 2018 July 11th, 2018 that mention Stormy Daniels (aka Stephanie Clifford) prior to her (“mistaken”) arrest, sent to or from anyone involved in making the arrest or aware of the arrest prior to it happening (i.e. the arresting officers, their supervisors, commanding officers, etc... ). This should include but not be limited to reports, memorandum, records, warnings, emails, papers, advertisements, evidence, depositions, interviews, case notes, schedules, enforcement actions,and incident reports. I am also requesting those documents composed between the same dates and between the same principals (i.e. the arresting officers, their supervisors, commanding officers, etc... ) that mention "Sirens" strip club. For those same principals, I am requesting any and all documents composed, created, sent, or received by them, which mention President (or candidate) Donald Trump and/or Hilary Clinton, and either political party (Republican or Democrat) represented by the aforementioned candidates, plus any and all communications that reference slogans associated with them (e.g. “MAGA,” or any variation thereof and “I’m with her.”)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
