To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
–Guidelines, protocols, and procedures for collecting, tagging, storing, and maintaining sexual assault evidence kits (also know as SAEC kits or "rape kits") prior to the inception of Premier 1 in March of 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
Attached are directives regarding evidence collecting.
Just so you’re aware, Premier 1 is just our report management system.
From what I gather, the procedures have not changed even with the “inception of Premier 1”.
