Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting any and all documents that your agency retains regarding the 2016 Republican National Convention (RNC) held in Cleveland, Ohio. In particular, this request is for all records included but not limited to correspondence, memorandum of understandings (MOU), electronic data, e-mails, photographs, intelligence data, notes or other materials.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I have received your public records request for RNC records. Your request will consist of 11 CD/DVDs and approximately 200 pages (give or take). This makes your request a total of $21.00 before postage. All of our requests are mailed certified and return receipt which will add on to the total. If picked up, it will be the approximate total of $21.00. Please notify me by e-mail if you wish to have this request completed and are willing to incur the costs of the duplication and postage if necessary.

I am finished with the request and the request itself is going to be $20.55. I can't figure out the postage until I have a mailing address where I'll be sending the package. I would need an actual address as opposed to a P.O. Box since all of our requests are sent certified and return receipt and require a signature.
