To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. calls placed to dispatch via 614-645-4545 on 12/22/2020 between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m.
2. calls places to dispatch via 911 on
12/22/2020 between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, your request cannot be pulled the way it is requested. Attached I have all the calls that came into our system whether for non-emergency 614-645-4545 or 911. These calls are not able to be pulled out separately. I have also attached our ten code sheet that allows you to match it up to the type field column on the event summary to know what each dispatched call was about. The "99" calls are transferred calls to Fire/EMS.
This completes your request.
