Please provide expedited processing of this request which concerns a matter of urgency. As a journalist, I am primarily engaged in disseminating information. The public has an urgent need for information because it could reveal misconduct by employees the Columbus Division of Police and the targeted arrest of a citizen due to the person's political ideology.

Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it may alert the public to misuse of taxpayer money and transparency.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Ms. McLean,
There have been no text messages from/to Det. Rosser containing the key words you provided. I'm sure there are e-mails containing them and if you want to request those, please reply so to this e-mail. Those e-mails would be in a CD and would ultimately have to be sent to a proper address as we send everything certified and return receipt and that requires a signature. Please let me know what you decide.

Thank you,

A. Morris

Please let me know if you have any further questions. You can reach me at 202-741-6247. Thank you again for your help.
