COTA: Stop data for buses

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law (Section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code), I hereby request the following records:

I would like to receive trip data for each bus (for the past five years and if possible include the most recent available data) in a machine readable format (database, .tsv, .csv) that includes the following:
-The day and time the bus stop
-Location of bus stop
-Number of Passengers that got on for that stop
-Number of Passengers that got off on that stop (if possible)
-Any additional recorded data for each stop (if possible)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM/DVD if not. If the data set exceeds 5 GB, I kindly request informing me of that as well so we could discuss alternative methods of fulfilling my request (such as transferring the data to a flash drive/hard drive in person, etc).
