Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I would like the data from the computer assisted dispatch system from midnight on January 1, 2021 to 11:59pm on August 31, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The below request is completed and is too large to be emailed. Due to the Public Services Office being closed, we are required to mail CDs certified with a return receipt at a cost to the requestor. I have attached the payment instructions to mail the CD to the address on the request below. Once payment is received, the CD will be mailed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
