To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Current officers with the total amount of complaints against them during their time as a police officer.
2. The report of each of complaint.
3. The result/outcome of each complaint.
Please only include statistics reflecting the number of civilian complaints, not internal/departmental complaints.
I am a journalist for Matter News, a nonprofit news organization located in Columbus, and would like any fees waived if possible.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Attached is a spreadsheet with every citizen IAB complaint against an officer since 2001. This spreadsheet includes all sworn employees since 2001. If you want to know if a specific person still works here, the "Personnel Info" spreadsheet is the current list of sworn employees and you can cross reference to determine if the employee still works for the Division.
