Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. A roster of all sworn employees of the Columbus Division of Police including name, age, race, gender, salary, rank and years on the force
2. The units and beats each sworn employee has been assigned
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We do not keep a record in the exact manner that you are requesting; however, attached are records responsive to your request. The spreadsheet shows name, age, race, gender, rank, and years of service as well as each individual's current assignment. As for salary, attached is a PDF with documents from the current FOP contract regarding wages.
