To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A list of all officers (first name, middle name if possible, and last names) and their assignments from 5/27/2020 to present.
If available, please include a list of non-standard equipment issued for each assignment (e.g. riot helmet, gas mask, zip tie handcuffs, tear gas, mace).
For each officer, please also include race/ethnicity, age, gender, rank, year of service, approximate height and weight, and badge/identification number.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Grant,
Attached is a list of all sworn employees of the Columbus Police Department. It does not include height and weight, those stats are not kept by the Division. I have also included a checklist that shows what is given to sworn employees and most are supplied but there are some items that are only applicable to certain ranks/assignments.
