To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking incident and arrest reports for the weekend of the 2018 Arnold Sports Festival, which took place from March 1st-4th, in Columbus, Ohio.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Per the Sgt. in charge of our human trafficking task force, this is his response.
There are no Human Trafficking "reports" that I am aware of. Soliciting for prostitution arrests could be requested from the Clerk's Office with specific dates that the Arnold occurred in the years mentioned in the request.
