In response to the Right to Know request sent to the Columbia County Coroner's Office dated March 7th, 2018 and received by my office today March 12, 2018 please find the View of Body document regarding the death of Marc Havay. If you are requesting the toxicology report then I will need to additional time to consult with my legal advisors as the toxicology report is not a document of public record as it potentially contains sensitive health information.

Please be advised the Autopsy and Toxicology reports provided by the Columbia County Coroner are exactly the same (identical). It is my understanding these are two separate reports. The Toxicology report is a detailed list of drugs found in the subject's system(tissues). Bloomsburg Police Departments claim this is an open investigation is pure nonsense. This is a paper shuffle. No one is assigned to investigate Marc Joseph Havay's case. Otherwise please provide the name of the detective and contact information. Bloomsburg is a State College Community. It is in the publics best interest to know if Bloomsburg has an drug ring selling opiate.

The autopsy and toxicology reports are in fact 2 separate reports as you infer but neither are a matter of public record in the Commonwealth of PA.I confirmed this with the Pa Coroner's Association Solicitor prior to responding to your initial request. The document you were provided is the document which is a matter of public record in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I cannot speak to the status of the investigation by the Bloomsburg Police Department but can confirm that Detective Melanie Readler of the Bloomsburg Police Department is the investigator for the incident.
