Per our telephone conversation yesterday, the following is a breakdown of the estimated costs:
You have requested: "Any and all internal and external correspondence, including but not limited to emails, letters and memorandums, in regard to the relationship between the Columbia Police Department and Barry Manthe between the dates of 01/10/2019, and 03/27/2019."
Estimate of thirty minutes of research time to locate and make available any responsive records possessed and/or maintained by Interim Chief Jones at $54.02 an hour;
Estimate of thirty minutes of research time to locate and make available any responsive records possessed and/or maintained by Deputy Chief Jill Schlude at $50.99 an hour;
Estimate of fifteen minutes of research time separating open from closed records and/or information in responsive records conducted by Records Custodian Lydia Green at $19.72 an hour;
Total estimated cost for research time of $57.44.
