- order of protection filed by Margaret Alice "Mae" Sweet (maiden name: Margaret Alice "Mae" Egger) against Jere Dale Batts that was filed May 13, 2008.
-police report from the night of Christmas Eve/Christmas Day 2008 regarding the murder of Margaret Sweets (maiden name: Margaret Sweets)
