Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1) any and all data on the number of wasted, spoiled or expired COVID-19 vaccine doses from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021, and

(2) any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The Department is responding to your request pertaining to:

vaccine doses from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021, and
(2) any and all data on the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses
administered from 12/11/2020 to 01/26/2021.

For request (1), please find the attached. This is the most recent detailed
report the Department has. Furthermore, as of February 1, the total number
of wasted, spoiled or expired doses is 587.
