Attached is a PDF "Prairie View Ranch WS - Design Submittal Update.pdf" as one example of correspondence regarding the water system. Because there are two distinct legal entities' correspondence included in the request, and the Legal Names of the entities are identical other than a comma, it is crucial that the produced records from one entity are not confused or mixed with the other entity's records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Due to the non-commercial nature of this request, and due to the records being vital to trust in the Public Health system, I would be grateful if you would waive any fees associated with this request. If there are fees, I would appreciate if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, in a searchable format such as PDF, transmitted to me by e-mail attachment if possible, or by CD-ROM if not.
