Pursuant to the Colorado Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all emails sent and/or received from the university president, chancellor OR athletic director with Pac-12 employees, including Pac-12 conference commissioner Larry Scott, concerning NewCo, the Pac-12 Network OR Media Rights from July 1, 2019-November 1, 2019

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I confirm receipt of your CORA request. In order to proceed, we're hoping that you can provide clarification on some factors. Once we have this clarification, we'll work to provide you with a time/cost estimate as quickly as possible. Specifically:

n Can you please provide us with the PAC-12 email domain to include in the search?

n Can you provide the requested search parameters as a Boolean search?
