The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. DHSEM has reviewed the request and we estimate that it will take a minimum
of 80 hours of staff time, in addition to the two hours spent researching
your request. Per state statue we charge $20 per hour. The total cost of
your request is $1600. After we receive your check payment we can begin
