Please limit this request to documents that were generated over the past two years as well as documents, such as policies, that are in effect now.

· Any and all communications or questions requested from education institutions regarding the Department of Justice’ 2016 Joint Guidance on Transgender Students (“Dear Colleague Letter”) or Trump’s 2017 “Dear Colleague Letter”.

It will take multiple hours to sort through these emails in order to provide you with emails from just educational institutions, as you requested. Would you be willing to narrow your request by selecting certain staff for whom you would like us to search communications, and/or would you be willing to provide us with domain names of the education institutions in which you are interested?
Please feel free to call me to discuss the communications you are seeking.

Sincerely,

Dana

Good afternoon,

I really appreciate all the information you have complied. In regards to narrowing my request for communications regarding both "Dear Colleague" letters, I would like to include Boulder High School, Eagleside Elementary School and Cherry Creek High School. I hope this is sufficient.

Thank you,

Grace Raih
