Documents will be electronically transmitted unless requested otherwise. Printed copies will incur a charge of $0.25/page and/or $30/hour depending on use of staff time.  Communication will be made to the CORA requester with regard to anticipated costs if applicable. Payment must be received by the State Land Board office prior to release of the documents.

Dear Mr. Sherwood,

This email is in response to the CORA request you sent to the Colorado
State Board of Land Commissioners on 11/9/2017. (Please note, our agency
was closed for the Veterans’ Day holiday on Friday, November 10, 2017.)

The first item in your request is quite broad and may entail a significant
amount of staff time which will result in charges for the requested
information. I want to make sure I am understanding the scope of your
request. I believe we are able to respond to the second item of your
request, however I’d like to clarify the date range that you have specified.

In order to best respond to your inquiry, are you available to discuss your
request tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 14th)? If so, would you please send me the
phone number to call and time you are available to talk? We are in the
Mountain time zone and I will be available most of the day after 9:00 am.

- Item #1 - You are withdrawing this portion of your request. At a

year 2013, which is when the contract was signed between the State Land
