Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) A copy of the database/spreadsheet/list used to track the transfer of historic rehabilitation tax credits since May 14, 2014. According to HB 14-1311, the office must maintain a system to track the transfer of these credits.

I ask that all fees be waived for this request as I am a journalist employed by the Lowell Sun and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purposes.
