Colorado DMV - ICE searches

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Colorado Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Existing policies, MOU, MOA, s or IGA between the Department of Motor Vehicles and all federal law enforcement agencies including ICE, DHS, FBI and DEA.
For both of these databases, Colorado Crime Information Center (CCIR) and Law Enforcement Communication Center (LECC), please produce the following documents:
As of today, September 27, 2019 all law enforcement agencies that have access to the databases (CCIR and LECC).

If necessary, please ask your IT department and policy department for assisting you to responding in this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. This request is being made by Open the Government, a non-profit for the purposes of informing the public.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
