Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All correspondence to or from specific employees of the Office of the Attorney General from the Executive Office of the President regarding Colorado's marijuana policy. This covers emails from email addresses from the domain "@who.eop.gov"

- All correspondence to specific employees of the Office of the Attorney General from the Department of Justice regarding Colorado's marijuana policy. This covers emails from email addresses from the domain "@usdoj.gov" and "@justice.gov"

I hereby request such correspondence from 1/20/17 to the present. Search terms include “marijuana,” “cannabis,” and “pot.” The specific employees this request covers are:

- Attorney General Cynthia Coffman, as well as her scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- Chief Deputy Attorney General David Blake, as well as his scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- Chief of Staff Melanie J. Snyder, as well as her scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- Colorado Solicitor General Frederick Yarger, as well as his scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- Director of Legislative Affairs Jennifer M. Anderson, as well as her scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- The head of the Criminal Justice Section of the Office of the Attorney General, as well as his/her scheduler and/or administrative/personal assistants(s)
- Employees of the Office of the Attorney General who are or were working directly on narcotics policy and enforcement.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. International Business Times is an award-winning journalism organization and this is a newsworthy topic of public concern.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
