Please see the attached letter in response to your request.
Best,
Annie Skinner

Thanks for the response. Just so I fully understand your letter -- are you providing no records at all to us? And are you asking us to pay $150 for you to give us no records because you are withholding all the records?

From: Annie Skinner

Hi David,
I have tried to reach you by phone today, but the number I have for you kept going to a Newsweek voicemail. Do you have a direct number you can be reached at?
Thanks,
Annie Skinner

From: David Sirota

I sent you my number. Did you receive it?

From: Annie Skinner

Dear David,
Thanks for taking the time to chat today. As we discussed, we will waive the fee associated with this request as a professional courtesy.

On another note, we are continuing to receive muckrock emails on the withdrawn Martinez request. Would you be able to work with muckrock to have those emails stopped?
Thanks!
Annie Skinner

From: David Sirota

Yes -- will do. Thanks.
