Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Documentation concerning the delivery of 1122/1033 vehicles to auto dealerships for pickup by their respective law enforcement agencies. This would potentially include, but is not limited to, the requests submitted by LEAs to receive their vehicle via specific auto dealerships, documents required of the dealerships to demonstrate eligibility for temporarily housing said vehicles, or other correspondence between the U.S. General Services Administration or the Colorado 1122/1033 State Coordinator with the LEAs and dealerships on the matter.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Colorado State Patrol. The purpose for my email is to clarify the below
request with you. You specifically request:
