Amazon facilities in Collin County

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I seek all records concerning any contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other written instruments between Collin County and Amazon or any other subsidiaries regarding the following Amazon fulfillment centers, including but not limited to any agreements concerning taxation or the provision of any municipal resources:

Gateway Drive, Star Business Park, Frisco, Texas, USA, 75035

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Wyatt,

Thanks for your response. This request is in regards to any agreement — particularly around tax abatements, for example — between Collin County and Amazon concerning the construction of the fulfillment center in Collin County. Are there any documents indicating an agreement between the county (or its economic development department, if one exists) and Amazon or any of its subsidiaries?
