To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Seeking a copy (free, emailed) of the entire civil court file for the 2007 or 2008 civil lawsuit filed by former Collier County School Superintendent Ray Baker against the Collier County School Board for its firing of Baker to hire Dennis Thompson. The lawsuit is mentioned in this May 2008 Naples Daily News article:

http://www.naplesnews.com/news/education/collier-school-board-votes-accept-settlement-baker

Collier school board accepts settlement with Baker
KATHERINE ALBERS
6:23 PM, May 15, 2008
Excerpt:
"...Baker will acknowledge that the district did not violate Florida's open records law. ..."
-----------

Although not required to do so, I am stating why I am seeking this public record: I believe Baker's reported acknowledgement "that the district did not violate Florida's open records law" is yet another "journalism error" on the part of the Naples Daily News. Baker may have actually stipulated there was no Sunshine Law violation or no "open meetings" violation.

However, two years later, in Aug 2010, with a new school board majority in place, one of the three reasons Thompson's contract was not renewed is because, as school board chair Julie Sprague publicly told Thompson: "You're under a ' Dark Cloud' - but you can apply again." Meaning: Thompson was in violation of Sunshine law, and specifically Sunshine Public Records Law.

Thompson was always in violation of FL Sunshine Public Records law because he had no public records personnel / job application file, in violation of both district policy and placing the district in violation of Sunshine Public Records Law.

When I filed a 2009 lawsuit proving Thompson was in violation of Sunshine Public Records Law because he had no public records personnel file, I was deprived of all my constitutional rights by the Collier County Court. I believe my lawsuit, which evidenced the violation via my repeated written attempts to obtain a required personnel / job application file on Thompson, would have publicly shown: that Baker's settlement was fraud, since Thompson was actually in violation at all times.

Because I was correct, and my lawsuit would have proven fraud, this court deprived me of all my constitutional rights when I filed to bring out the truth. I believe the only possible explanation for this is that Court Clerk Dwight Brock was colluding with others to continue the fraud of Dennis Thompson.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Sincerely,

Susan Alyn

RE: "Unlike the other two files which we have emailed to you free of charge, this file has not been scanned into the computer at this point in time"

I don't know what you are talking about. I did not request a free copy of the Donald Day fraud in civil court.

The Dennis Thompson "Showcase" version of that lawsuit does not appear to have an origin in the public records search function where you would be scanning from.

I would like a CD of that file, and according to the lawsuit I read filed by Watchdog City against Court CLerk Dwight Brock, you can only charge for the cost of the CD, which would be $1. Is that correct?

From: Susan A.

Here is the 2014 public records lawsuit against Collier Court Clerk Dwight Brock that I am referring to above in my reply:

Watchdog City reporter wins public records lawsuit against Clerk of Courts Dwight Brock

Collier Circuit Judge Fred Hardt strikes down $556 public records fee as illegal; Hardt says Brock can charge $2 for the cost of two CDs for the electronic records.

“The judge has vindicated that my client’s civil rights were being violated because of the exorbitant fees demanded by Brock,” said attorney Ryan Witmer, who represents Watchdog City co-founder and investigative reporter Gina Edwards.

We can scan the file you are requesting and then save these records onto a disc but the fee is still $1.00 per record page plus the cost of the disc. Please let me know if you would like for us to get a page count for you.

And why does the $1 fee for a CD only as determined by a judge in the Watchdog City case not apply here?

And why is it not available for free on email? (Because it has not been scanned into a computer you claim???)

It sounds like the court doesn't want anyone having access to the records in this case, wherein Dennis Thompson falsely claimed there were no Sunshine Law violations -- but three later Dennis THompson was not renewed in his contrcat as superintendent due to: Sunshine Law violations.,

In other word, it sounds like the court is trying its best to conceal his perjury in the court.

Again - you're claiming this lawsuit has "not been scanned" into the court computer? Why not? Isn't it scanned the moment it's first filed?

From: Susan A.

I meant to type: three "years" later...

And again -- explain to me how a lawsuit is not scanned into the court computer.

By the way, are you really a lawyer? It is hard to believe, in light of all the corruption in that court.

From: Susan A.

And re the corruption -- None of which seems to concern you in any way. (Lawsuits "not scanned" into the court computer. That sounds like an outright lie. What else could it be? )

From: Susan A.

Here's what I am talking about when I mention "perjury" by Dennis Thompson.

Here's Dennis Thompson admitting he has no required documents on file with the Collier County School district, in this one minute video in 2008:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzT74XfSW4k

That's a violation of both District policy, and a Sunshine public records violation. He was not renewed in 2010 because he had no application, no resume, no college transcripts on file with the district.

But there is Dennis Thompson in court, settling the 2007 Baker lawsuit, swearing in a settlement agreement that he, Dennis Thompson, had no Sunshine Law violation.

And in between all that, is my 2009 SUnshine violations lawsuit, in which I was deprived of my constitutional right to a hearing, and deprived of my right under FL statute for an accelerated hearing due to the Sunshine violation I alleged (and proved in my complaint0.

So we have a three tier system of public records in the Collier Court system is what it looks like to me:

1) Lowest tier, is when a school superintendent like Ray Baker is filing a true lawsuit truthfully and correctly claiming Sunshine law violations, and the "settlement" claims no Sunshine Law violations exist. Those kind of lawsuits are classified by Collier Court as NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC via free email because those lawsuits are "not scanned" into the court computer, according to the lawyer now in charge of public records -- even though: all lawsuits are actually scanned into the court computer

If a member of the public wants this lawsuit, containing proof of perjury by a retired military person such as Dennis Thompson who in my opinion should have lost his military pension for all his lies in Collier County, but didn't, because he is a political hack hired by GH BUsh and Jeb Bush, well, the public has to fork over more than $1,000 to the court.

2) Then we have the 2nd lowest tier of public records classification - true lawsuits which are actually never served and do not therefore result in a hearing, such as my 2009 lawsuit alleging and proving Dennis THompson has public records violation since he has no job application on file which he admitted by the way on the above video.

Those lawsuits, without a hearing, are classified as "voluntarily" withdrawal, and are available to the public on free email.

3) Then there is the 1st tier of public records, for fake lawsuits never actually filed in the court but originate in the "Showcase" section of the court.

Any member of the sheeple is welcome to download from the court site for free these fake lawsuits, such as the one allegedly filed by Dennis Thompson, so that the public does not know Dennis Thompson had unclean hands, had no business in court, but here with his fake lawsuit it sure looks like he did nothing wrong.

These fake public records are available to the public for free.

Is that how the "system" of public records works in the Collier COunty Court? Three levels? One true lawsuit proving perjury, not available unless you pay more than a thousand dollars; another true lawsuit not served and no hearing with a fake outcome of "voluntary" withdrawal (which makes it look like nothing to see here); and the top level of public records, known as fake public records, free and available for download for cover up lawsuits, fake lawsuits, etc.

That is what it looks like to me, Miss Scuderi. Three level of public records classifications because of all the corruption in that court system and in Collier County.

Did you ever hear of the following quote, which you may think is so quaint it is totally outdated and inapplicable:

""government of the people, by the people, for the people..."

Ever hear of that at all??? I am sorry but it sounds like Collier County Court is not of the people, not by the people, and certainly not for the people.

It is for corruption, it has been corrupt, and it remains corrupt. That is what Collier County Court's three tiers of public records classification system looks like to me.

From: Susan A.

Just to be clear here is the list of lawsuits I am talking about above:

1) 2007 Baker lawsuit alleging Sunshine Violations, settled by Thompson claiming no violations exist (allegedly "not scanned into court computer")

2) 2009 lawsuit I filed alleging and proving Sunshine public record violations (never actually served is what I now believe and thus no hearing, and I was illegally deprived of an accelerated hearing)

Aug 2010 - Dennis Thompson contract not renewd due to Sunshine Law violations

3) post Aug 2010 - Dennis Thompson allegedly filed a lawsuit against Collier County School district, but this was just a fake newspaper article. Now, the court has a fake lwsuit in "SHOWCASE" to back up the fake newspaper article. Dennis Thompson "settled" according to other fake newspaper articles.

So the perjury is covered up. The Sunshine violations are covered up. The court helps out in covering up and concealing wrongdoing.

The People are not the ones in charge of government there. Corruption is in charge is what is appears to me, Attorney Scuderi. And it seems to me: None of this bothers you in the least, despite the fact: you are an attorney.

It bothers me. I wish it bothered someone else. I really wish it bothered someone else that there there is no government of the people, by the people and for the people in Collier County. I really wish it bothered someone else besides me. Is there any oh I don't know, any political party that cares about such matters? Any candidate? Any person at all besides me who can't stand all the corruption that goes on in this court?

From: Susan A.

PS And to continue on the list above:

1) Public Record of Baker lawsuit and evidence of Dennis Thompson perjury is: NOT AVAILABLE to the public (unless you want to pay more than $1,000 for the publc record which otherwise would be free if only the court would get around to scanning it into the computer)

2) Public Record of my lawsuit (that was actually never served and which I alleged and proved Thompson's SUnshine violations, but I was deprived of a hearing, and a "voluntarily" withdrawl status is falsely tacked onto my lawsuit to conceal the violation of my civil rights) is available to the public, since it seems like nothing is wrong when it is "voluntarily" withdrawn

3) Fake lawsuit described in fake newspaper articles by Dennis THompson -- after his contract is not renewed due to SUNSHINE VIOLATION -- is readily available for public consumption for free, even though: this fake lawsuit originates in "SHOWCASE" and not in any public record section of the court, since there was actually no lawsuit. Free and available for download to the sheeple to cover up all past wrongdoing.

--------

It just makes me sick dealing with corrupt Collier County. Literally makes me sick.

From: Susan A.

I am withdrawing this request. No one else cares about corruption. Why should I care about corruption? Be corrupt!

From: Susan A.

Just to be clear why I have withdrawn: I think you are writing lies here, because a lawsuit has to be scanned when it is filed. So, it is scanned. It could be emailed for free. But you don't want to email it for free.

And I believe the Watcdrog City verdict applies, which means you could provide the lawsuit on a CD to me for $1. But you don't want to do that.

Instead, because this lawsuit has evidence of perjury, you want to charge me over $1,000.

That is why I have withdrawn: I think you are telling me lies, to conceal evidence of perjury. You, an attorney, and this court.
