I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on July 29, 2015. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

From: Collier County Court

A cover letter granting the request and outlining any exempted materials, if any.

From: Collier County Court

A copy of documents responsive to the request.

From: Susan A.

The 22 pages of documents here seem to be the same group being sent for all requests, for all different employees.

Personal information of court clerk Dwight Brock is included such as home address and birth date are included.

Is this really what you intended to send? And have publicly posted on a news site?

I would think you could redact personal information -- and obtain from payroll a one page print out showing the annual salary amount for this elected official.

It appears he makes $139,000 total, as of 2014, up from $95,000 in 1997. So, what is that? A $44,000 increase over 17 years. Amazing how fast these Collier Court salaries climb -- while teacher salaries in Collier lag. You'd never see a $44,000 increase for any teacher (anywhere) over 17 years.

Thank you for providing these public records.
