Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
A list of campaign contributions/contributors to the most recent campaign of County prosecutor Brian McIntyre.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Greetings,
From Jamiles Lartey at this e-mail address, I received today three identical public records requests (attached), concerning campaign contributions for Mr. Brian McIntyre, County Attorney. It should be noted that Mr. McIntyre was initially appointed effective January 2015, to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Ed Rheinhiemer, who retired mid-term. Consequently, Mr. McIntyre does not have any prior campaign finance reports. Also, there are no Campaign Finance reports yet due for Mr. McIntyre for his current campaign; the initial Campaign Finance filing document is due on January 31, 2016.
You do not need a Public Records Request to access this information when it is available. You can simply access the page below on the Cochise County Elections website to see any and all Campaign Finance reports required of any of our candidates: https://www.cochise.az.gov/elections-special-districts/candidate-list-filings We will be posting new filings within a week of their due date.
